Karabo joined the Sybrin family as CEO of the newly formed South Africa business to drive both our market share growth and relevance in this market. She has a rich background, both as a business consultant and a corporate executive. In addition, Karabo has a passion for ensuring that technology plays its rightful part in the upliftment of our people and the continent as a whole.

Karabo Moloko is a seasoned IT professional with extensive business strategy, IT operations, and digital transformation experience. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Management and has completed executive programmes at Insead and Oxford University, majoring in Digitisation and Business Global Competitiveness. She has certifications in project management and change management. Karabo’s experience spans across various industries; financial services, mining, petrochemical, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
Karabo has a passion for unleashing Africa into the 4th Industrial Revolution and seeing greater participation of women in technology.
